Alexis “Jesus Jugs” Bellino really, truly hates that nickname, though she perhaps has even greater disdain for the woman who gave it to her:
Tamra Judge.
While Alexis did make an appearance on The Real Housewives of Orange County this fall, it was only to discuss divorce with Emily Simpson.
The former cast member may have filmed that scene, but she’s not coming back on a regular basis.
And according to a report by Radar Online, that is very much by choice.
What would keep the recently divorced Alexis from accepting a massive Housewives paycheck?
Tamra Judge, apparently.
Alexis just can’t stand her, and the report explains exactly why.
Alexis Bellino could have reclaimed her Orange!
“Andy Cohen personally asked Alexis to come back full time this season,” an insider reveals to RadarOnline.
Wildly, here was her answer:

âÂÂBut she said no,” the source shares. Not many people are willing to pass up that kind of paycheck. This is especially true of people who were recently divorced.
Why TF would she do that?

The insider explains that Alexis turned down the offer “because she wants nothing to do with Tamra.”
She’s avoiding Tamra like the plague

“Tamra runs everyone off the show,” the source characterizes. She can be very supportive to some of her friends, but … yeah, she’s a lot.
Apparently it’s not even worth that hefty paycheck

“Alexis refused to come back,” the insider reiterates. “Because she wonâÂÂt be around Tamra.”
And yet … she did appear on RHOC

“Alexis agreed to film just one scene,” the source notes, referring to Alexis’ sit-down with Emily in which she discussed her life now and how miserable her divorce process was.
But that’s it for Alexis

“She has no interest in being around Tamra,” the insider says. Obviously, if she were to become a Housewife again, they’d want to film her and Tamra together for the drama.
She does have her own life
Alexis has been dating Andy Bohn for quite a while now and she seems very happy with the relationship. Good for her.
This bad blood isn’t clearing up any time soon

The report continues to mention Alexis’ beef with Tamra, “who she thinks is just a mean person.”
This isn’t a one-sided feud, of course

Tamra has gleefully hinted that Alexis Bellino was “fired for a reason.”
Tamra is even in a legal battle with Alexis’ ex
In the spring of 2018, Tamra and Shannon spoke on a podcast and alluded to allegations that Jim’s trampoline park business may be unsafe and mentioned hearing that someone had allegedly been injured at one.
Jim blew a gasket

Though the court found that Shannon, at least, shouldn’t have even been a target for the lawsuit, Jim is still suing Tamra to the tune of $1 million, claiming that her innocuous gossip on a podcast resulted in a massive loss from investors.
Alexis holds one grudge in particular

It was Tamra who awarded her the “Jesus Jugs” nickname that has now haunted Alexis for years. Alexis’ family was a little over-the-top about being “traditional,” to the point where Jim once uttered the horrifying line “wives stay home” while knowing that he was one camera. For years, fans have wondered how much worse his words became when cameras were NOT around.
Alexis really resents that nickname
“She really shouldn’t use religion to make nasty remarks,” she remarked in the past. But Tamra didn’t choose those words at random, and it’s about much more than her breasts.
Alexis has a lot of bitter memories from RHOC

Alexis has slammed most of her castmates for being “mean girls from high school all season.” (Side note: plenty of high schoolers are too busy being sleep deprived and pouring themselves into academics and their social lives to be mean or form cliques — Alexis’ experiences are not unviersal)
Tamra meant her nickname

Tamra explained her choice, lamenting about Alexis that “she’s the type of Christian that gives Christians a bad name,”
She found Alexis to be over-the-top
Tamra continued: “All I can say to her is, I’m sorry you feel the way you do, I will pray for you, and this is my journey, not hers. She has no idea what’s going on.”
Tamra didn’t enjoy being judged like that
“And if she [were] a good Christian,” Tamra concluded. “She probably would not be judging me right now.”
To be fair, Alexis had her odd moments
Remember when she, an adult woman, had never in her life heard of Yom Kippur? It’s the holiest day of the year in Judaism. She doesn’t have to know that it’s a day of atonement or repentence, but not even knowing the name speaks of someone who is not well versed in anything outside of her own bubble.
Are you bummed that Alexis won’t return?
We’ll admit that we are, a little. Imagine how she might have responded to Braunwyn’s threesome talk!
