It’s always fun to hear about a Hollywood fight among family members and when it comes to Tori Spelling and her mom Candy, there have been many. Now the two ladies have decided to take it to the pages of their new books.
On April 14, 2009 Candy’s book Stories From Candyland will hit bookstores. Her book is a memoir that her rep assures will not be a tell-all but more a series of “little vignettes” of her life. Candy is a guest blogger for the Huffington Post and a columnist for Los Angeles Confidential.
As for Tori, her new book Mommywood was supposed to be released on April 28, 2009 but oddly enough that has changed and now both books will come out on the same day. Tori’s rep stated that this was not his clients decision but the publishers decision in order to get in on Mother’s Day promotions at major retailers.
Tori knows what it tastes like to have a number one book on the New York Times bestseller list. She scored that with her first book sTori Telling. It should be fun to see who comes out on top. We’re guessing Candy will have plenty to say, oh… in probably some sort of open letter.
Good luck ladies!
