Kara DioGuardi rocks a bikini in the April 2010 issue of Women’s Health magazine. The 38-year-old American Idol judge revealed in an interview with WH that her bikini stunt during last year’s season finale of the hit reality show was a pivotal point in her career and probably saved her job.
