Miss Philippines 2010, Venus Raj, may have lost her chance at the Miss Universe crown during the question and answer portion of Monday night’s competition.
Judge #2, William Baldwin, asked the crowd favorite, “What is one big mistake you’ve made in your life, and what did you do to make it right?”
“You know what, sir, in my 22 years of existence, I can say there is nothing major, major…I mean problem, that I have done in my life, because I am very confident with my family, with the love that they are giving to me, so thank you very much that I am here. Thank you so much,” she answered.
Many people think her answer showed a naivety that makes her an unsuitable candidate for the Miss Universe crown, which requires a certain amount of worldliness.
