Sheen, who has a history of drug abuse, was charged with third-degree assault, menacing, and criminal mischief.

Sheen appeared in court in Colorado on Monday, entering a plea of not guilty. The case goes to trial on July 21.

Sheen and Meuller have undergone therapy at various treatment facilities following the incident.

The couple married in 2008 and have twins Max and Bob, who were born in March 2009.
