Court Commissioner Scott Gordon denied Britney Spears custody of her boys. In a ruling today, Spears can have three monitored visits per week, two are to be partial day visits and one overnight.
Gordon left it up to Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline to work out a holiday schedule for Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney was ordered to secure her pool area by Friday for the safety of her children.
The court appointed parenting coach was critical of Spears lack of communication or playful interaction with the children. She also reported that Britney has a very poor attention span. She did not believe that any of Britney’s actions could be characterized as “abusive in a traditional sense.”
The coach reported that Britney doesn’t give any thought to what is best for the boys when she is making decisions. She went on to speculate that until Britney finally realizes the consequences of her chaotic behavior and the effect it is having on her children, she will not be successful in a parenting role.
