Struggling addicts will use any means available to get their drug of choose and for celebrities, it seems to be a whole lot earlier than for the average guy on the street. Last week “The Lost Boys” star Corey Haim, 38, passed away after he overdosed and now is mother Judy Haim is looking to hold somebody responsible.
In the months leading up to his death, Haim has been seeking out multiple urgent care facilities for his supply of pills, his mother Judy told L.A. County Coroner’s Office. According to her, the visits generally resulted in Haim getting 60 to 90 pills at a time.
Upset by her findings, Judy called around to a few urgent care locations and wanted to know why it was that they were giving her son the drugs. She’s not the only one who wants to know. The coroner’s office would like a list of the facilities so that they can investigate this matter further. Corey’s mother plans to willingly turn over that information.
