The most famous little people on television were hit with some very big news on Monday afternoon:
The long-time reality star and her husband, Zach, made the exciting announcement over Instagram yesterday, dropping the baby bombshell first with this adorable photo:
And then with this accompanying caption:
Zachary and I are so excited to announce that Jackson is going to be a big brother! We are expecting a sweet baby girl this November! Thank you so much for always supporting our family and loving us!
Zach, meanwhile, wrote the following on his own social media page:
Yay!! Tori and I are excited to announce that Jackson is going to be a big brother to a little sister!
So there we have it. Tori is just into her second trimester and the couple already knows it will be welcoming a girl into its immediate family.
TLC viewers have been wondering for almost a year just when Zach and Tori would confirm that Jackson is getting a sibling.
They were so anxious for this day to arrive that they wildly speculated about the state of Tori's womb based on random words or photos.
The sentiment was sweet, but the never-ending chatter was probably a little over the top and perhaps even a tad inappropriate.
We should always let women make these announcement on their own time and in their own way; never pressuring them or wondering about something as personal as a pregnancy.
With this news now out there, it didn't take long for Tori's loved ones to send their best wishes and their congratulations to Tori online.
"Grandpa is hitting the lotto!!" wrote a clearly enthusiastic Matt Roloff on Instagram, while Audrey referenced her own daughter and added:
"Wahoooooo CANT WAIT FOR THE GIRLSIES TO HANGGGGG. I'm so happy for your Tori!"
And Amy Roloff jumped in as follows:
"Jackson is going to be a big brother to a baby sister. Woohoo!"
Zach and Tori got married back in 2015.
They welcomed Jackson in September of 2017, gushing over him non-stop ever since and featuring his progress as a toddler each week on Little People, Big World.
The expecting parents have been main cast members of this TLC program since its very first season and Tori recently said they have every intention of sticking around, even after Audrey and Jeremy Roloff quit the show last summer.
The question now is just how large Tori and Zach's family will grow.
"I would love four or five kids," Zach has said on record. "I want a little pack."
Does Tori agree? Yes, but as the person carrying these kids to term, she gets the final say and she's in no rush to look beyond whatever is happening at the moment.
"It’s just on God’s timing and just whenever," she has said about the topic.
That's a question for another day anyway.
All that matters now is that baby number-two is on the way and we are SO very happy for this husband and wife!
