It was a night of much drama for The Real Housewives of Beverly gals, and much to the chagrin of most viewers, PuppyGate was still very much the focal storyline.
Dorit Kemsley started the hour by inviting the ladies to a Boy George show. Kemsley is close to the singer, and everyone was happy about the free show.
Things took a turn backstage when Dorit's husband, PK, made a comment to Kyle Richards over the state of her relationship with Lisa Vanderpump and drama ensued.
The drama kicked off with Kyle wondering whether Boy George worried about a crazy fan getting up on the stage and hurting him.
"Nobody thinks like that," PK spat at her. "You could have issues. You can't even go home to your best friend so you could have issues."
The ladies were shocked, and Kyle looked like she was ready to burst into tears, prompting PK to shout, "It's a joke! It's a joke. It's an English joke. It's not an American joke."
Dorit was firmly on Team Kyle telling her husband that his "joke" was "not fair or cool."
"PK, you're in the same f--king position!" Kyle shot back. "I don't wanna burst your bubble, PK, but Lisa's not talking to you!"
PK, however, was under the impression that all was good between him and Ken Todd.
"I spoke to him for an hour," PK said with a grin.
"I've been f--king defending you with the whole [dog situation]," Kyle complained, before mumbling. "It hurts me because you're in the same boat as me. I hate to burst your f--king bubble, PK."
"I'm not quite in the same boat as you," PK said to his new enemy, but Kyle wanted to be well away from the situation and made a mad dash for the door.
Dorit stayed behind while the other women followed her. Dorit's issue was that PK should not be making those comments to people he doesn't know that well.
"Yeah, but I don't need to know them. I made a joke!" he replied.
"If it was a joke, and you hurt someone's feelings, then you say, 'I'm very sorry. It was a stupid joke,'" she explained.
"To say, 'You can't even get along with your best friend,' diminishes what actually happened."
Away from the room, Kyle was upset, telling Teddi Mellencamp, Lisa Rinna, and Camille Grammer that PK was playing a dangerous game because his wife's the reason for her fraught relationship with Lisa.
"It's all based on your f--king wife and you giving up your f--king dog!" Kyle complained as Dorit appeared.
"I fully understand how you feel, but I also understand in what context he meant it," Dorit said to Kyle.
"He's very comfortable with you, he loves you, it was not an insult, and it did not come from a bad place. Was it in poor taste? Yes. Was it stupid? Yes. But he didn't mean it that way."
Teddi then stepped in with her two cents.
"But the hard part is then he goes, 'We're good. Me and Ken are good. Me and Vanderpump are good,'" Teddi yelled, and Dorit was pissed.
"That doesn't matter!" Dorit shouted. "I'm not talking about that right now. Do me a favor: Let me have a conversation with Kyle for 2 seconds."
Teddi had enough, claiming that Dorit was being "inappropriate" and she lashed out.
"Why are you yelling at me? I'm telling you how we all perceived what just happened," Teddi shouted to Dorit, who replied, "I'm happy for you, but first, Kyle's my friend, so if you can just give me 30 seconds! Thirty seconds without jumping in?"
Dorit then claimed that Kyle's friendship breakdown with Lisa had nothing to do with her.
"Dorit, you're 100 percent wrong!" she shouted.
"If it was about Lisa and me, and I didn't know the two of you, I would've defended her blindly like she wants me to. But because I care about the two of you, I couldn't f--king do that. I had to f--king be honest."
The episode ended, but not before Camille got to throw a shot at Teddi from the comfort of a confessional.
"Teddi and her big mouth! Know-it-all Teddi," she said. "It's not the right time to insert herself into that conversation. Period."
