We’re finding out an awful lot about Stassi Schroeder this week, and the Vanderpump Rules star’s long-awaited memoir is still two weeks away.

In the past 24 hours alone, we learned that Stassi flirted with Scientology when she first got to LA and that — like Kristen Doute — Ms. Schroeder can be a bit of a "problem traveler."

Last night’s episode of VPR featured more of the SUR crew’s latest trip to Mexico, and it seems Schwartz and Katie aren’t the only ones locking horns south of the border.

Stassi picked a fight with boyfriend Beau Clark, and the exchange left many viewers shocked by her behavior.

After all, when she’s sober, Stassi has nothing but good things to say about Beau.

In fact, she endlessly sings his praises in a way that’s drawn unflattering comparisons to last season’s Sheana Marie-Rob Valletta situation.

But last night — for the second time this season — we saw Stassi lose it on beau after downing a few too many pinot grigios.

The first time, Stassi was upset that Beau wanted to stay up and party with her friends rather than joining her in bed.

Monday’s conflict was even more baffling, as Beau was with her in bed, and she still found cause for complaint.

"I know Beau. I know that he would rather be out drinking with the guys, but no," Stassi told the camera in a confessional segment.

"He’s here in bed, but he doesn’t want to be! Like he’s my freaking prisoner. I want him to want to be my prisoner."

Schroeder was equally baffling when she turned her wrath toward her unsuspecting boyfriend:

"It’s 3 a.m. in the morning, you want to go up to the f–king room, and I don’t want to be with somebody that at 3 in the morning wants to f–king go still party," she ranted.

"I don’t want to have to be that woman who’s wanting to go home to her dogs or her babies and feeling like I’m making you do things that you don’t wanna do."

Understandably frustrated by the situation, Clark was eventually left in tears as he pleaded for sanity:

"I can’t. I can’t. I can’t," Beau said.

"You can’t just talk to me this way! You want me to be with you, you want me to put my heart out with your friends and your job and all this stuff, and I did it. Shit! It drives me crazy. I feel battered.

"You have this thought that all I wanna do is go out and not be with you," he continued.

"It’s like this abandoned child thing. When have I abandoned you?"

On Twitter, fans were mostly sympathetic toward Beau and critical of Stassi, with a fee even going so far as to accuse the former SUR waitress of emotional abuse.

"How can anyone be mean to such a kind, rational person like Beau, let alone the woman who is supposed to love him?" one viewer tweeted.

"Cut him some slack, Stassi, you’re turning into Katie and trying to make him your bitch, like Schwartz."

"Bitch live a little and let your boyfriend have fun. Stassi needs intense therapy. Beau….run," another commented.

One fan suggested that the problem is not Stassi’s insecurity but her alcohol intake, tweeting, "Beau, leave this poison. She’s made zero effort to fix her fractured bits…or, rather,  her drinking problem. Y’all seem fine when [Stassi] is sober."

Another advised Schroeder to seek help immediately, writing, "If she goes to therapy and works through her issues with men they can survive."

To be fair, it seems that Stassi was well aware that she was in the wrong, even in the midst of the argument.

She also seems aware that the problem is not Beau’s behavior, but her own insecurity:

"Besides just having ex-boyfriends that’re awful, my dad’s been divorced three times, my mom’s been divorced three times," she said.

"I’ve seen all this go down. Everyone sucks. Everyone f–ks each other over.

"I can’t handle it. I can’t handle being f–ked over again."

Of course, it’s one thing to be cognizant of one’s misbehavior and another to actually do something about it.

Here’s hoping Stassi is able to get the help she needs.

And maybe cool it on the pinot a bit, while she’s at it.
