It’s been just over 24 hours since Charlie Sheen confirmed that he’s HIV positive in an interview with Matt Lauer.

In that time, countless details have emerged about Sheen’s reckless and very active sex life.

We learned that Sheen may have had hundreds of sex partners in just the past few years.

We found out that Sheen spent millions on prostitutes after learning about his diagnosis.

On its own, all of this would’ve been fine (and not particularly surprising, given Sheen’s reputation), but several sources are now stating that Sheen never told them he had HIV before they had sex with him.

Obviously, that’s a serious accusation, and things may have just gotten worse for the actor, as Radar Online is reporting that a former madam who once worked with Sheen is claiming that he went out of his way to put his partners at even greater risk.

Anna Gristina, who allegedly provided Sheen with prostitutes for over two years, says that Sheen would offer to pay women an extra $10,000 in order to have unprotected sex with him.

“And some of them would agree because they were hoping they would get pregnant,” Gristina claims. “He would give girls incentives not to use protection, and the girls would try to please him because they wanted to come back.”

Gristina adds that when she first met him, Sheen would frequently his then-wife, Brooke Mueller, in his sexual escapades:

“He never asked me, but he said to my girls, ‘Do you have any guys that you could call right now?’ I have no idea if he wanted them for himself, or if he wanted to watch them have sex with the other girls or with his wife or what."

The article also describes Sheen as a "secret bisexual" who preferred pre-op transgender prostitutes and “regularly spent thousands of dollars to sleep with transsexual hookers."

Again, we generally adopt a "whatever floats your boat, so long as it’s consensual and safe" philosophy, but if there’s any truth to the many stories of Sheen putting others at risk, then the man has a lot of explaining to do.
