After more than a million dollars raised for charity, modest ratings for NBC and a deluge of D-list drama, Celebrity Apprentice has crowned a winner at last.

Who took home the ultimate prize, Leeza Gibbons or Geraldo Rivera?

Donald Trump fired 14 of his 16 celebrity (we use the term loosely) would-be apprentices entering MOnday night, when the axe fell on unlucky #15.

The winner of Season 7 of Celebrity Apprentice is … (drum roll)

Leeza Gibbons, Geraldo Rivera

Leeza Gibbons!

Geraldo was a fierce competitor (just ask any of the stars left in his wake this season) who raised a ton of money this season ($725,000), so give his due.

We’d be remiss not to mention that Leeza bested him so decisively, with the added benefit of her team not hating her, that Trump said it was a walkover.

The final task "wasn’t even close," he said, as Gibbons ruined Geraldo, even if her $464,000 season total was markedly less than his full season haul.

In the live boardroom, the right person prevailed. But really, we are all winners at life for having been treated to such an electric, mind-blowing season.

Elsewhere on this hilariously low-budget finale, Trump butchered Keshia Knight Pulliam‘s name, and Melissa Rivers paid tribute to her mother Joan.

Kate Gosselin looks to have raided the Dancing with the Stars costume department, while Kenya Moore looked like she was wearing a smock. For real.

We’re not sure if Ivanka Trump’s ensemble is also used by bullfighters, but Brandi Glanville rocking a mesh dress was a pretty standard choice. For her.

Finally, we learned from the Donald that Celebrity Apprentice is coming back for another season. It’s unclear at what point. Whenever NBC can fit it in.

Given the timeline in which this one was filmed and aired, we can expect it sometime in the neighborhood of January 2018. And we cannot WAIT.
