Gia Giudice, 13, said last night that she is so blessed to have the support system she does, on the eve of Teresa Giudice heading off to prison Monday.
That's right, the reality star's 15-month sentence begins today.
For her age, Gia Giudice doesn't lack for self-confidence, spunk and loyalty, maintaining a presence on social media in spite of her mother's tribulations.
She spent Sunday re-tweeting positive posts from pals like 3KT bandmate Christianna Cardinale, who shared a photo of Gia and Teresa with the caption:
"The 2 strongest girls I know and nothing's gonna change that."
"Support system is unreal," Gia wrote in her own tweet later on Sunday night, accompanied by a smiling face emoji and a growing heart, tagged "#soblessed."
Blessed she may be, but it's about to get a lot harder for her.
With Teresa and Joe Giudice set to serve jail time for bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, one of the two will be gone for years.
Joe Giudice is allowed to serve his 41-month sentence after Teresa Guidice's term so he can care for his daughters Gia, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5.
If the weight of the situation is impacting Gia, we wouldn't know.
"My family is probably one of the strongest families I know, so we’ll get through this," the brave teen told Access Hollywood in a recent interview. "It’s gonna be fine."
"And when it’s over, we’re gonna be better than ever."
It's going to be harder than she thinks - especially with Teresa still lying about prison to Gia's three little sisters - but give her credit for the positive outlook.
