ABC Warns of TGIT Withdrawl: See the Promo! Stay Calm!

by at .

In a hilariously awesome new promo, ABC sends a message to fans of its Thursday night programming:

It's okay. Take a deep breath. You are not alone.

With Grey's Anatomy Season 11, Scandal Season 4 and How to Get Away with Murder Season 1 all on hiatus until January 29, Shonda Rhimes and company have come out with a very important Public Service Announcement.

"Does live feel like you'll never again stand in the sun," asks How to Get Away with Murder's Jack Falahee. "Or see man parts on a dead girl's phone?"

The footage also warns of "OMG deficiency" in one's brain as a result of this stacked lineup not offering up any new episodes for so many weeks.

Of course, you can always watch Scandal online in order to get your fill, but the video concluded with vital fine print to consider:

Call your doctor if you're prone to outbursts of OMG, have uncontrollable tweeting or persistent symptoms like breathlessness, disbelief, heart palpitations, eyes popping out of your head, hot flashes, cold sweats, dizziness, or a good ol' fashioned fainting spell.

We love it.
