Will they make it or won’t they? That’s the question swirling around Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott for a year now following his infamous extramarital fling.

While she’s gushed about him and put on a united front on Today, and printed up a happy Christmas card, a new report says things are very much up in the air.

So much so that she’s filled out divorce papers and is consider if she’ll file.

If you watch True Tori online, you’ll see her give in to Dean on next week’s show, refuting some recent rumors that their union is hanging by a thread.

“Sorry, I won’t talk about things on-camera,” she says. “I’m not trying to make you look bad to viewers. I want to continue this relationship after the show is over.”

Wait … Tori Spelling wants to keep something away from the cameras?

Despite Spelling’s conciliatory statements, though, insiders say the couple are barely on speaking terms and Tori may soon end the tumultuous relationship.

The reason? Allegedly, she believes he might be straying again.

“When she was in the hospital [in late October], she heard about the pictures of Dean visiting a sex shop,” an insider tells In Touch, and “she was mortified.”

While Tori Spelling was hospitalized earlier this fall, “she couldn’t believe he was back to his old games while she was sick, no less … she wants out.”

How legitimate is this? Is she really considering bailing on Dean?

Supposedly, the 41-year-old is so serious about potentially moving on that “she’s filled out the divorce papers” and as of this posting, “Dean has no idea.”

Friends are even telling her to pull the plug and that “it’s time to turn her life around and realize there are other men in the world that would treat her well.”

Well, that is undeniably true. But it doesn’t mean she’ll do it.

“Their lives have turned into a circus,” the insider says, noting that Dean’s not giving up. “He’s well aware he’s partly responsible, but he wants things to change.”

Think they’ll make it? Would it even be best for them, despite the fact that they have four little kids? Or is it more destructive to be together at this point?
