The Voice Season 7 Episode 12 saw more do-or-die performances as the remaining singers gave it their all on stage, knowing it was either win or go home.

Or at least win or pick up a coach’s steal or go home. Close enough.

So who survived to sing another day on NBC and who got KO’d?

Let’s break down the Knockout performances from last night …

Team Gwen Stefani got things started with Troy Ritchie, who covered Andre 3000’s "Hey Ya!" and Taylor John Williams who sang Tears For Fears’ "Mad World."

Alessandra Castronovo and Mia Pfirrman followed up, with Castronovo on Emeli Sande’s "Next To Me," while Pfirrman choosing Christina Perri’s "Human."

Elyjuh Rene opted to sing Chris Brown’s "With You" and Ricky Manning turned in a rendition of Miley Cyrus’ "Wrecking Ball" during the final face-off of the night.

How did they do? Find out below …

Williams defeated Ritchie, with Stefani saying she felt like she was watching a peer when he performed. The other two battles were even tougher calls.

Mia Pfirrman’s fearlessness, and more advanced voice, got her the nod, even though Alessandra appeared to be just as strong if not stronger Tuesday.

In the final battle, Elyjuh was solid but unspectacular, while Ricky Manning turned Cyrus’ naked riding anthem into an show-stopper of an emotional ballad.

The coaches overwhelmingly gushed over Manning, but Pharrell, the only Voice that mattered, decided to go with … Elyjuh, because he’s got work to do!

Wait, what?!

Pharrell felt that he could teach Rene more and tap his potential, and wanted to keep him around. Perhaps he also knew that Ricky would be safe as well.

Stefani swooped in to save him, ensuring he will join the winners of The Voice Season 7 Episode 11 in the live playoffs once those begin in two weeks.

What do you think? Was that Ricky performance the best of the season so far? Did Pharrell cost himself a chance to win The Voice with that decision?
