If you watch The Vampire Diaries online and can’t get enough of the chemistry between Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev, this may not be what you want to hear.
But it must be said: Somerhalder and new girlfriend Nikki Reed are super duper adorable!
The actor and the actress, both well known animals lovers, have posted a new cute snapshot of themselves and some four-legged friends on Instagram, this time sharing the screen with a pair of horses.
Wrote Somerhalder as a caption:
“A beautiful perfect Georgia afternoon decompressing from work with our big boy Eagle (who opted out of this photo), our little girl Millie (who you all haven’t seen yet but here she is) & the one and only @iamnikkireed photographed by my lovely sista Kat Graham aka @katgrahampics.”
One of the more profound stars out there, Somerhalder continued:

Ian and Nikki have been friends for years and took their relationship to the next level over the summer.
They adopted a kitten a couple weeks ago, while Ian has been very open about his feelings for the former Twilight Saga star.
First, he told Nikki Reed haters to step off.
Then, he went on and on about how amazing Reed is as a person.
Much to the chagrin of Dobrev fans, he addressed Reed online last month and wrote:
“Thank you for giving so much of your life and for being a strong voice for those whom can speak. My hat is off to you. You amaze me. Love, Ian.”
