Leonardo DiCaprio may be considered fat these days.
But he just did something phat on behalf of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
The actor accepted the Challenge, of course, and he did so while spending time in Canada to learn about the local tar sands and environmental issues.
Surrounded by other related to that cause, DiCaprio doused himself with ice cold water and later said he’s donated $100,000 to ALS research. The actor then nominated Canadian prime minister Stephen Harper for the Challenge.
The celebrities who have gotten wet on behalf of ALS run the gamut, from Justin Bieber to LeBron James to Matt Damon to, very recently, George R.R. Martin.
