On The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 20, the last leg of the journey was completed for the annoying and posh Manhattanites.

Aviva’s leg was also thrown, literally, in a public setting.

Will it be the final chance to watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo? With rumors swirling about the show’s future, it may well be curtains.

If so, it at least it was a leg-endary conclusion.

The epic conclusion may not quite rival the craziness of Teresa Giudice’s table flip on Season 1 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but it was close.

The insanity began when Sonja Morgan decided to toss a "Team Sonja" bash to thank all the people she pays to be around her and provide services.

"I’m glad she has a team," LuAnn de Lesseps laughed, adding in an understatement that we’re all thinking, "Now, the team is really bizarre."

That it is, but the team had nothing on what was about to go down.

The rarely-seen Aviva Drescher (so rarely seen that many thought she was the fired Aviva Drescher) took the women off guard and heightened tensions.

This season, she bailed on Kristen Taekman’s ladies trip to Montana, possibly faking asthma, among a number of other complains the women have.

"I think there’s a laundry list [of issues]," Heather Thomson told Aviva.

Taekman added to her fellow star, "This is about more than asthma."

"[Think] my doctor forged my X-ray?" asked Drescher, whipping it out, because everybody carries around x-rays with them for just such a confrontation.

"I think that’s an X-ray of her boob job," Sonja Morgan cracked wise.

The bickering intensified, Aviva again brought up BookGate and things quickly got out of control, with Drescher insisting she’s not fake. You want FAKE?!

"The only thing artificial or fake about me is this!" Aviva yelled, slamming her artificial leg on the table. "Everything else is real! I’m sick of being called fake!"

She then hurled her leg across the restaurant in a fit of rage.

"You want me to crawl home!" Aviva continued, rhetorically.

"It ain’t over ’til the fat lady sings," Carole Radziwill quipped.

"Or, the crazy bitch throws her leg."

It is over for Harry Dubin, however.

"I’m ending the concept of you committing to me," said Sonja Morgan, returning the promise ring he gave her last week before leaving with LuAnn.

"I am discarding hurtful, damaging relationships," the beleaguered Morgan went on, adding, "I think we are better just keeping it the way it was."

Sounds like a life lesson to us.
