Rivera and Sean have been dating for about six months.
They debuted as a couple in April, walking the red carpet of the 42 premiere together.
Naya told Access Hollywood a few weeks ago that the rapper initiated contact over Twitter, telling the actress that he’s a "fan" of hers.
"We went to dinner and the rest is history," Rivera said back then of how this romance came about.
