Lindsay Lohan recently received a major tongue-lashing from Oprah Winfrey and as a result, will get to keep the $2 million coming to her … for now.
According to reports, LiLo was such a mess at the beginning of their joint docu-series project – no-shows, being late, etc. – that Oprah was royally pissed.
Oprah went to Dina Lohan’s house on Long Island for a showdown with the actress, telling her to either clean up her act or the project would be over.
And with that, her $2 million paycheck would evaporate.
Oprah wasn’t buying any of Lindsay’s excuses – busy with other projects, “miscommunications” between her people and OWN, etc. – and drew a line in the sand.
Winfrey gave her an ultimatum and Lohan received it.
She is now cooperating and things have been running fine for nearly a month, though Oprah’s still watching Lindsay Lohan like a hawk, TMZ reports.
Let’s just hope she’s not watching The Canyons. Yech.
