Forget Iron Man 3 for a minute.
Gwyneth Paltrow has something more important to promote than flying suits and new Tony Stark inventions.
The actress is coming out with “It’s All Good” on April 2, a cook book that focuses on gluten-free recipes and dishes made without carbs.

“Every single nutritionist, doctor and health-conscious person I have ever come across… seems to concur that [gluten] is tough on the system and many of us are at best intolerant of it and at worst allergic to it,” the actress writes.
Paltrow adds that she decided to pen the book after learning she was anemic and had a vitamin D deficiency.
So forget dairy, sugar, wheat, meat and processed food, folks.
Paltrow believes we can live a happy, healthier life without these ingredients and she has included 185 recipes that supposedly back up that belief.
This is the star’s second cook book. She hit it big in 2011 with “My Father’s Daughter.”
