Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are back – across the Atlantic.

The former stars of The Hills are among the famous faces who agreed to give up any and all privacy (shocking) for the British reality show Celebrity Big Brother.

The gruesome twosome became the first married couple to ever enter the house during the series premiere last night, but were dealt a low blow right away.

Ushered into the dingy basement in a cruel twist, Speidi joined half of the cast with basic rations and no running water as the rest enjoyed a champagne reception.

Sort of sums up Spencer and Heidi’s career downfall.

Joining Speidi: Singer Claire Richards, model Paula Hamilton, U.K. soap stars Gillian Taylforth and Sam Robertson and Australian actor Ryan Moloney.

Italian horse-racing jockey Frankie Dettori and former U.K. X Factor contestant Rylan Clark also became housemates on the popular British reality program.

Troubled Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan is also rumored to be part of the new season of the show, but she did not make an appearance in the first episode.

The stars (term used loosely) will now battle it out in a series of challenges and evictions to be crowned the winner when the season wraps later this month.

No word if anyone has started a petition, a la Piers Morgan, to keep Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag over there as soon as the show concludes.
