On the heels of news that NBC renewed The Voice for two more seasons came another round of blind auditions Tuesday. While the process is starting to drag, these singers made up for it.

In particular, Cassadee Pope made up for it.

Cassadee’s powerhouse rendition of "Torn" got all four judges to turn around in rapid succession, a bit surprising given how discerning they’ve seemed with other capable vocalists.

Pope, who once toured with Fall Out Boy, ultimately went with Blake.

Charlie Rey also joined Shelton’s ranks, following an understated but still compelling version of Michael Buble’s "Home." From the smog shop to The Voice, watch out for Rey:

The Maroon 5 frontman tried and failed to land both Cassadee and Charlie, even after proclaiming himself an "obviously" superior coach than his BFF Shelton, going 0-fer Tuesday.

Team Christina Aguilera

Xtina picked up Sylvia Yacoub, an Egyptian-born singer with Xtina’s dream hair and a pretty dreamy voice, based on her take on Rihanna’s hit single "Only Girl in the World." Watch:

Once again, CLG added a singer, Amanda Brown, who did not get anyone else to turn around. Seems to be a pattern, though her take on Amy Winehouse’s "Valerie" was quite good:
