The actor may still believe that, but he doesn’t think Great Britain’s The Daily Mail is attempting to seek it.
Duchovny has filed a lawsuit against the tabloid for its allegedly defaming accusation that he carried on an extramarital affair with Edit Pakay. The suit reads:
The story falsely alleges that Duchovny sought out Ms. Pakay to be his tennis instructor and that the ‘professional relationship’…quickly turned into a love match. By its intentional and reckless conduct, Daily Mail has caused substantial harm to Duchovny, in complete disregard of the truth and of even a semblance of journalistic integrity.
David Duchovny did not have sex with this woman!
