Sorry, Rachelle Washington. You’re no longer the craziest friend of a football player making news.
While Ms. Washington merely filed a restraining order against Randy Moss, Lindsey Paulat fired a couple of gun shots into the home of Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Cedrick Wilson.
According to reports, Wilson and Paulat got into a fight at the player’s home. The mediocre receiver promptly left his abode and his girlfriend promptly picked up a .35 millimeter.
You can’t stop me cover-two defense! Or Lindsey Paulat!
The standoff began at 1 p.m. Saturday, as residents of the housing area were evacuated after Paulat fired a pair of bullets into the wall. No one was injured, but four police departments and the Allegheny County SWAT team were soon on the scene.
Finally, close to 1 a.m. Sunday morning, Paulat was apprehended and charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person, said Robert Amman of the Northern Regional Police Department.
Those Steelers fans will do anything to steal the spotlight from the Patriots, huh?
