You’re not in The Hills anymore, jackass.

Well, not unless the Los Angeles County Jail is nestled between hills of some kind. And we’re guessing it’s not. That part of town is pretty flat.

Either way, Jason Wahler, star of The Hills and Laguna Beach, pleaded no contest to one count of battery, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

To prove just how often Jason Wahler gets arrested, this story is not related to this past weekend, when his punk ass was thrown in jail after resisting arrest during an underage drinking raid in a North Carolina nightclub.

No, his jail time is the result of a September 2006 altercation in which Wahler, 20, and model Kristin DeLuca, 25, were arrested and charged with battery. Their vehicle being blocked by a city vehicle and a tow truck, which were attempting to move an illegally parked car.

Naturally, they freaked, jumping out of their car and starting a fight with the city employee and the tow truck drivers. Wahler punched one of the drivers and DeLuca kicked the tow operator and spit in his face. Yikes. Downright Naomi Campbell-esque!

The drivers called the cops after restraining Wahler, who used to actually date Lauren Conrad. His blood alcohol level at the time of his arrest was 0.22 – nearly three times the legal limit.

Wahler pleaded no contest to one count of battery, and in addition to jail time, was ordered to attend 104 AA meetings and 36 hours of anger management classes.

DeLuca pleaded no contest to one count of battery and was sentenced to 24 months of probation. She also must serve 15 days working on the road with CalTrans.

Wahler, who was also busted last year in New York for bribery, criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, must participate in a one-day Museum of Tolerance program because of racial slurs he uttered during the L.A. beating.

Jason Wahler has until May 4 to turn himself in. In the meantime, we encourage him to consult Andy Dick and/or Michael Richards and/or Isaiah Washington for advice. Wait, no.
