Unfortunately, Fergie wasn’t always dropping her London Bridge for millions of fans.
With her debut solo CD, “The Dutchess,” coming out today, the singer born as Stacy Ferguson talked to New York gay nightlife magazine, HK, about her pre-Black Eyed Peas struggles.
“You lose weight and look great for a while, but I don’t care if it takes six months or five years, it will creep up on you,” Fergie said of her crystal meth addiction.
In other news, the performer has been dating Hollywood hunk and Las Vegas star, Josh Duhamel, for a few years, but reveals she would switch teams – go all Ellen DeGeneres on us – for Mrs. Marilyn Manson, Dita Von Teese.

The Southern California native has been touring the world with the Peas, but claims she’s still Stacy from the block.
“I definitely am still that girl who gets home and goes straight to Jack in the Box or Taco Bell right after I land at the airport,” Fergie said, perhaps explaining where she gets her humps … her humps, her lovely lady humps.
Overall, however, the artist is well aware of her good fortunate. It wasn’t that long ago that she had no job and suffered through a period worse off than the recent one of Eddie Murphy.
“I was collecting unemployment when I joined Black Eyed Peas, so I really appreciate the worth of things.”
