Britney Spears' rumored boyfriend David Lucado can drop "rumored" from his title.

The duo was not shy about showing their affection for one another when they were seen out and about in Thousand Oaks, Calif., on Friday, doin' some shopping.

Walking across the parking lot at The Oaks, the pair laughed and held hands - their first known-on-film PDA and one clearly designed as a coming-out of sorts.

"She was here with her guy and she shopped for quite a while," an onlooker says of the ex-X Factor judge. "She looked good! They were just casual and normal."

Britney Spears and David Lucado love going tanning together. The duo was spotted at Forever Bella tanning spa in Thousand Oaks, Calif., yesterday.

For the second time in a week! Pauly D would be proud.

The 31-year-old pop star, who recently split with fiance Jason Trawick, was dressed casually in a green patterned dress, wedge heels and aviator sunglasses.

David Lucado, her new boyfriend of about six weeks now, donned gray shorts, sneaks, a Virginia Tech T-shirt (go Hokies!) and even larger sunglasses.

The cute couple appeared happy, according to onlookers.

That's all we wish for our girl after all these years.

The pop star and her regular-guy BF, who she met through friends, have been keeping a low profile in Thousand Oaks, Calif., but are totally an item.

The star took advantage of the nice weather and rocked a blue tank top, jean shorts and shades, while Lucado wore shorts, a sweater and baseball cap.

Britney Spears and David Lucado were initially spotted in public together on Valentine's Day, when they stepped out for a sushi date together.

Britney Spears' new mystery boyfriend David has been revealed:

He's David Lucado, and he looks nothing like someone who you would expect to date the a superstar ... then again Britney is not always conventional, is she?

Originally from Appomattox, Va., he was a great student and avid golfer. He moved to Atlanta after high school, then later to L.A. because of a girl. Gasp.

That relationship ended a few months ago, though, so David's totally single. Or was, before he started maybe kind of totally dating Britney Spears this winter.

He is ... a random, normal-seeming guy named David.

No surname for now. Just David. That's all we've got.

David Lucado works for a law firm, but he's not a lawyer. He does "field research," according to TMZ. He is 27 and is clearly not wealthy. Just ... regular.

Not the worst thing, given her history.
