Jason Alexander, a.k.a. the original Mr. Britney Spears, is sitting in a jail cell today after he blew off two court ordered appointments at the county morgue.

After Jason Alexander was busted for DUI back in 2006, a judge ordered him to go to an alcohol education program, which required him to visit the morgue.

It's a fair sentence for the serious offense of driving under the influence. Bailing on his first two appointments there did not sit well with the court, however.

When the judge learned Alexander had stiffed the morgue, he refused to give him a third chance to make good and promptly thew Jason in the slammer.

Jason is scheduled to be released December 9 - and after he serves his stint behind bars, his obligation to check out the dead bodies will officially be dead.

Some fun facts courtesy of the cops: Alexander is 6'0", 225 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was also the world's luckiest man for 55 hours.

Many, many people out there (Sam Lutfi, Alli Sims) who are all too eager to cash in on whatever relationship they have with Britney Spears.

There are but two men (at least only two we know of, Adnan Ghalib is an unlikely #3) who can claim to have married that ass, though.

Thus, when Jason Alexander speaks, we feel compelled to report it.

Alexander tells In Touch Weekly that Britney Spears has been calling him every day for a month, and that she never talks about Adnan Ghalib.

When it comes to Sean Preston and Jayden James, she does want to see the little guys, but doesn't want the responsibility of full-timecustody.

"She doesn't want the kids back," Britney's first husband of 55 hours says.

  On January 3, 2004, Jason Alexander and Britney Spears tied the knot. The next two days were great, but then they decided to have it annulled. Ah, Vegas.

"She wants to see [Jayden James and Sean Preston], but she doesn't want to be a full-time mom. Britney said it doesn't matter if she doesn't get them back full-time, and that she can always have other kids later on..."

Her treatment has a ways to go, according to Jason Alexander:

"She does want to get better. She does not sound as crazy right now as she did three weeks ago, but she's not right. She isn't well enough to know what she wants."

Jason says that "Her dad is back in her life, and that is awesome" and the Britney seems "very happy" that "her mom is there for her."

He claims that hes "trying to motivate her" to continue having her mom and dad, Lynne and Jamie Spears, be an active part of her life.

Jason Alexander adds that he doesn't think she should have full custody of Sean and Jayden "because she needs to focus on her."

Well before her nervous breakdown, Britney Spears' life was marked by drugs, steamy sexual encounters and at least one near-overdose.

At least that's what her first husband, Jason Alexander, claims.

We talked earlier about how Daniel Baldwin of all people reached out to Spears, his fellow rehab cohort. Now Alexander, who was married to Britney for less than three days in 2004, decided to break his silence about her hard living because:

"I am really worried that she will wind up like Anna Nicole Smith and be found dead."

Does that make Jason Alexander her Howard K. Stern?

Not at all. But he does have some more thoughts on his ex with the shaved head.

"I have never said anything about Britney and drugs before but I am very, very concerned about her," he tells Britain's Sunday Mirror. "She needs help. I don't want to see her life come to an end."

Britney Spears' childhood sweetheart tells the paper that he nearly saw her overdose on ecstasy in the days before they got married.

"I think we took too much," Alexander admits. "We were taking capsules with pure MDMA inside. It wasn't pressed up into a tablet. It was the purest of the pure. I am a pretty big guy and at the time I was weighing 220 lbs and was extremely fit. We took two of those things. And it knocked my d--k in the dirt. Then it hit her and it hit her hard. In that situation, your body temperature heats up and you can die. She was sweating and overheating and her breathing was getting real slow. Other people were panicking. But we got her out the back and up to the suite. I took her into the bathroom and threw her into the shower. She was unconscious. She tripped and fell. I was trying to hold her up and speak to her. She wasn't moving."

Alexander said he decided to come forward with his stories after being offered money seeing the disturbing photos of a bald Britney Spears going ape-$h!t and attacking a car with an umbrella following her escape from rehab.

Spears has since checked back into rehab for a third time.

"She needs to knock herself down from the pedestal she thinks she is on and remember she's just a country girl," said Alexander, pictured below with Shar Jackson. "She needs a break. She should be looking after her kids - not shaming herself by doing drugs."

THE VERDICT: The goofball comic proved too much for his younger, Britney banging namesake, eking out a 5.5-4.5 victory. Michael Richards would be proud - if not a little spiteful and insane. But we have a feeling that among these two Jason Alexanders, we'll be hearing more from the charming hick from Louisiana in the coming months. Because he knows Britney. That's kind of how the celebrity gossip business works - no offense Jason.

Since Britney Spears announced her split from husband Kevin Federline, their respective ex-husband and baby's mama have come out of the woodwork- the former claiming that he received a thinly-veiled threat from the pretty, sometimes pants-less pop princess.

Britney's 55-hour ex-husband, Jason Alexander, appeared with K-Fed's baby mama, Shar Jackson (really, this happened) on "The Dr. Ablow Show," where Alexander revealed a not-so-startling secret.

He claims Britney contacted him by leaving a voicemail saying, "Don't say anything you'd regret." The irony? This is, presumably, just the behavior she was warning against. Alexander is also planning on writing a tell-all book about Spears, and what it was like to get freaky with her and whatnot, so maybe she meant that. So who knows.

The unfortunately named Shar Jackson, who bore two kids with the K-Hole before he ditched her for someone richer and hotter, reportedly fed Fed on Thanksgiving after Brit threw his ass out on the street.

Despite being scorned, she's on Team Kevin now. Shar believes Kevin fears Britney will steal their children (Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline) away from him, saying, "He's scared Britney might take his kids and go to Louisiana and he might never see them."

Come on. Would Mr. Playing With Fire actually care?

When asked for her feelings on K-Fed's "rap career," Shar politely danced around it, never giving her opinion and just wishing him luck. Very coy. Not unlike Kendra Jade vaguely, sort-of denying she had a marriage-wrecking affair with the K-Hole.

Britney Spears' first husband, Jason Alexander, is writing a tell-all book about their 55 hours of wedded bliss, as well as what it was like to grow up with the star in Louisiana.

Yes, the book will talk about how Jason tapped that ass (or, as he likes to call it, practiced makin' critters). And yes, Britney Spears knows about the book. And yes, it will upset her.

"Britney knows about it," Alexander said of his literary work. "There are things in the book that will upset her. It does feature having sex with her and what that was like."

Presumably, Mr. Alexander agreed to this here book deal before everyone else saw Britney Spears nude as well. Some publisher is kicking itself right now.

Jason and Britney married in Las Vegas in January 2004 and annulled the marriage less than three days later. We've gotten ahold of some bits and pieces from the book below.

We especially enjoy where he notes that Spears married that ass clown Kevin Federline because he was simply "in the right place at the right time."

As if he is one to talk, really.

On his feelings for Britney:
"I have always loved her and I always will. It's best for everyone that Kevin and her have split. She is much more confident now."

On her marriage to K-Fed:
"He's just a lucky guy who was in the right place at the right time. When I married her I knew she was rich but I did love her. I wanted her. If she had stuck with me it would have been so positive."

On Britney's kids:
"I am really surprised at the speed at which they had [Sean Preston and Jayden James] �" but it has always been a matter of time."

On Britney Spears' plastic surgery:
"She had a tummy tuck after the birth of her second child. She's working on all of that. She's worth hundreds of millions �" of course she looks good."
