Miley remains in the hospital as of this writing, lashing out from there via Twitter at anyone accusing her of faking an illness or any tabloid scaring her fans with stories of drug use and/or a heart defect.
Physicians say the type of allergy Cyrus has developed from her antibiotics could take up to 27 days to cure.
The 21-year old, meanwhile, has been openly miserable while under doctor's care, writing to fans that she can't stop crying.
