Octomom Nadya Suleman: Off the Rails (and/or Wagon)?

Is Octomom Nadya Suleman on the verge of hitting rock bottom?

Sources close to the mom of 14 say she's been exhibiting increasingly bizarre, dangerous conduct of late ... even by her lofty standards of such things.

For one, there's the fact that Octomom is using marijuana. Legally, but still. Medicinal drug use for a woman who has had drug addiction problems? Suspect.

When said woman also has 14 kids? Potentially scary.

Friends say she's acting very bizarre and like she did last year, when she was videotaped inside a hotel room with her manager and raised real concerns.

We're talking wearing a onesie, cackling hysterically, cradling a drink and so forth. A video obtained by TMZ (see link in previous sentence) shows it.

This is not a lady known for normalcy, either, so when the red flags are flying from the people close to her who know her best, you can't help but wonder.

That footage was taken before Nadya Suleman went to rehab for prescription drug addiction, but still, if she's capable of acting like this, she's incapable of child care.
