Jodi Arias Primps For Mug Shot in New Video

Sometimes a girl's gotta look good.

A new video shows murder suspect Jodi Arias - in handcuffs, and in a police interrogation room - primping her hair before her mug shot was taken.

The video, culled from surveillance tapes in June 2008, shows Arias wearing a dark shirt and light-colored pants while sitting on the floor, pre-mug shot.

Rubbing her eyes and whipping her head back to ensure her hair isn’t cascading over her eyes, she wants to make sure her booking photo is top notch.

At one point, a female official pokes her head into the room to check in on the accused murderer, who asks if she can have her handcuffs removed.

The official tells Jodi that the detective on the case will do so.

Jodi Arias and her defense team spent much of this week’s proceedings trying to refute claims established by the prosecution in cross-examination.

Arias claims she stabbed Travis Alexander 29 times, slit his throat and shot him in the face in self-defense, but prosecutors are pushing for the death penalty.

    I think Eva Longoria would play a perfect Jodi Arias. She's witty and kinda resembles her & soft spoken like her.
