One of Lindsay Lohan's lawyers says even she can't get in touch with her client, so don't blame her for the fact that the troubled star won't sit for a deposition.
Earlier this week, celeb news photographer Grigor Balyan filed documents claiming Lindsay's been busy partying instead of responding to his suit against her.
Balyan claims Lindsay's assistant drove into him while leaving a Hollywood nightclub back in 2010, with LiLo riding shotgun. Dude, get in line at this point.
Attorney Julia Azrael, who represents Hot Mess Central in this particular case (sucks for her), wants to be sure she is not blamed for Lohan's vanishing act.
This has nothing to do with her probation/lying to police case, FYI. Or the jewel heist, or assaulting that fortune teller in New York. All separate deals.
Azrael writes, "I have made many efforts to convince [Lohan] to appear for her deposition," she says in court documents. "I do not know how to reach her."
Always convenient for an attorney-client relationship.
Azrael claims in court docs that she has to go through Lindsay's other lawyer, Mark Heller, to reach the star, and that Heller's been stringing her along.
Balyan wants the actress to sit her ass down and be deposed ASAP and for a judge to fine both Lindsay and Azrael for giving him the runaround.
