Dancing With the Stars Results Surprise: Who Got the (Undeserved) Chop?!

by at . Comments

With Chaz Bono in last place for the second consecutive week on Dancing With the Stars, and by a large margin no less, we thought his run on the show was over.

We thought wrong.

Chaz and Lacey Schwimmer ended up with the lowest score of the week Monday - 18 points - well behind the next lowest stars, Carson Kressley and Nancy Grace.

When the audience's votes were factored in along with the scores, the show's first transgendered contestant was spared. But what about those other two?

Hope Solo and Maksim Chmerkovskiy
Kristin Cavallari and Mark Ballas
Carson Kressley and Anna Trebunskaya

Carson Kressley was in fact in the bottom three, but he was there along with the beautiful-but-boring Kristin Cavallari and Hope Solo, not Nancy Grace.

That's DWTS for you. Week after week, it's anyone's game. So who got the axe among these three competitors when the week's results were unveiled?

Follow the jump to find out ...

Kristin Cavallari, despite a solid score of 24 that tied for third place Monday, couldn't muster the votes to stay. Is America just not a fan of her or
The Hills?

"This is truly crazy," head judge Len Goodman said of the Dancing With the Stars results, which prompted some booing in the audience. "It's just madness."

"I'm a little surprised to be honest but I've had such a great time and it's been an awesome experience," said Kristin, who was cheered on by Jay Cutler.

"I was really proud of Kristin," her partner Mark Ballas said. "She had great potential and she absolutely killed it last night. I'm honored to be her partner."

Do you agree with Kristin's elimination? It is, after all, America's call. The scores do carry weight, but only partially. She didn't close the deal with voters.

Did Kristin Cavallari deserve to be voted off DWTS?

I told you this show is fixed, its a laughing stock and is so sad to see they are afraid to eliminate this transvestite freak Chaz...glad im not wasting my time watching this joke of a show

I am also so disappointed in DWTS this season. I was under the impression it being a family show. Not advertising gays or what ever. I no longer watch it. It just has to be fixed in someway. People with no talent are still on the show. ABC done with DWTS. May they will wake up and really have stars. Not Jerks.....

i love dwts , i have watching it for a few years now , we need to look at chaz and carson what are they still doing on the show , lifestyle should not be apart of the show i love this show

We are thoroughly disgusted with the outcome the last two weeks. Two ladies that have been eliminated should still be dancing instead
of Chaz, Carson, David and even Nancy Grace. This is not a popularity contest it is about the dancing. If something doesn't change we may stop watching the show.

i am not going to watch program anymore. There is no way Chaz should still be on this show, she should of been the first to go and to send C Phillips home and leave her PLEASE

I have watched every season of DWTS. The judges use to base their scores on technique. But what they are judging is not technique on everyone. The dancers with talent are beig held to a standard that Chaz, Carson and Nancy are being held to. The judges are harder in the comments than to the other two. To many dancers showing talent have left this season because the judges are not giving the scores to the terrible dancers that they deserve. There is no way in double hockey sticks Chaz deserved an 18 on his latest performance. This kind of judges scores are keeping him and the others in. Master P was held to a standard that was fair why is this season changing the way scoring is done. Judges need to give the scores deserved for dancing not on political or lifestyle issues. This will be my last season of DWTS if this is what this show is about. It is a DANCE competition!!!!!

If Cher supported her daughter's position she would have been there the first week and not used as a publicity stunt to keep a very untalented child from elimination. She/he is a very sad person and talentless. I couldn't agree more with the many, many comments surrounding this year's disappointing results.

I am sooo disappointed in this show. I loved it and since I work nights had my son tape it for me but this is outragious!D Let's get back to a dancing competition and not a competition for the most outrageous lifestyle.

We've watched DWTS for the last few years and enjoyed, however, the hardcore popularity contest is too much to bare. I really enjoyed the competition, but that's gone away. Eight of us, not gay, with our wives, over 40, average income 200k, have decided it's not for us. I've also advertisetd localy with our station, with the way things are going, we are obviously not reaching our target audience any longer, if these people or still on the show, Chaz, Carson & Nancy. You really need to get real, these are not stars, rejects.
That being said we removed all of our ads with the local affiliate and have gone to CBS & Fox

I have watched every episode ofDWTS, and after the fiasco last season, I had decided not to watch again. However, I thought I would give it one more chance.MISTAKE! Watching Chynna Phillips lose to those untalented bozos is the last straw. The show is not a "Dance Competition", but f flafrant popularity contest. If things do not change, DWTS will lose ALL their audience. It just lost two, with a promose to ban use and purchase of their sponsers products.

Dancing with the Stars Quotes

We should have started dancing with one arm waaay before.

Cristian de la Fuente [following his injury, trip to the hospital and subsequent stellar performance]

I am not the best dancer, and I have not been the best dancer from the beginning. I am happy we made it this far.
