Ted Williams Files Lawsuit, Cites "Onerous" Financial Agreement

The Man with the Golden Voice is now the man with a legal beef.

Ted Williams, the homeless individual who skyrocketed to fame because of his deep voice (click play, below) has filed a lawsuit against three men he claims ripped him off.

Referring to Zev Suissa, Randy Thomas and Joe Cipriano as the defendants, the suit states this threesome took advantage of Ted's status an alcoholic. He signed a deal with them that Williams now says was "one-sided, onerous, burdensome, non-negotiated and blatantly unfair." It gave them a wad of his cash.

Williams, who re-entered rehab in May and hasn't been heard from since, wants a judge to void the contract.

    How weird life is sometimes. Here is a guy with the same name as mine. born in the same year as me only two months apart and was a radio broadcaster like me or at least I used to be. I am curious to know who his dad is. Who knows, this might get even more interesting. The last radio job I had I was fired for throwing a big booze party in the station after midnight while everyone was gone and I was on the air. In the morning it looked like someone had thrown a hell of a party and I was later fired and told not to return to the proerty. I continued the party for a couple of decades.

    Those that exploited Mr Williams like MIGHTY DR PHIL and all his media and celebrity cohorts will lie and twist things to make Ted seem stupid and illequipted to handle his new found fame in reality Ted couldn't at that time and he was exploited and taken advantage of in the most heartbreaking way I'm praying that the Judge will dismiss the contract.

    Folk who rip others off are a disgrace to the human race. Ted Williams needs a helping hand extended out to him not a hand extended to help oneself. I do hope and pray that Ted gets the help with his issues that he needs, and good professional help as well. It would be great to see him come out on top of things again. God bless Ted Williams in all his struggles and may the truth about certain others be revealed instead of covered up.
