It's two of our favorite stars looking fabulous in our latest Fashion Face-Off.

In a somewhat rare red carpet appearance, the incomparable Britney Spears showed off her nicely toned physique in a citrine Herve Leger bandage dress at the Southern Style St. Bernard Project event in Beverly Hills.

Meanwhile, Gossip Girl star and face of Chanel Blake Lively flaunted showed off her legs with a sequined dinner jacket at the brand's cruise collection show.

    Britney and Blake both look good! Britney looks like she's matured and is sophisticated. Blake looks young and fashionable. I hafta go with Britney!

    Wow has Britney aged. Her face looks much more mature and her arms look older. The color of her dress suits her perfectly but she is too big to wear a dress like that. She's not fat she is thick or stocky. A little looser would have been better IMO. Blake's outfit is ugly and too short. It doesn't do anything for her.
