For the second time in a week, Casey Abrams was hospitalized with ulcerative colitis last night.

The American Idol finalist missed the latest results show - in which Ashthon Jones was sent home - as Ryan Seacrest told viewers: "Wave to him. We know you're watching, buddy. Feel better. Shout out to the nurses. Get back here soon, okay?"

Fortunately, it looks like Casey will do just that. After receiving a blood transfusion at the hospital, Abrams Tweeted: "Hey guys, thanks for the well wishes, I got some nice fresh blood in me and feeling better. People at Idol & Cedars are treatin me real good."

The Idols will take to the stage again on Wednesday night, covering songs from the years they were born.
