Police say they found the Oak Island, N.C., resident with a bag of marijuana and a pipe in a vacant house on October 15, waiting for boyfriend Kieffer Delp.
Both were arrested, and the case is expected to go to court next month. Her fate could determine her future with Jace. Sadly, it's not her first legal woe.
In the past two years, she has also been arrested for trespassing and ran away from home (for long enough that missing person reports were filed). Yikes.
Maybe it's best if Jace lives with his grandparents for awhile ...

Girls like he dont need to be having babies, idk why she tries sooooooooo hard to get her son back when she damn well knows she aint getting that baby back, her son barely knows her. She will never be a good mother no matter what. you can go to rehab all you want but girls like that will never change. as we can all see now that shes back to her old ways. there are NO excuses for acting that way. No Excuses!

Theres no excuse for her actions at all i dont give a damn how bad her mother drives her crazy get a job and your own place there problem solved! I believe Barbara has the right to be angry with jenelle,having to take care of her grandson while working and being an older women gezz I get sick of hearing how smoking weed or whatever she may do is okay! You get high from Pot right? Then you cant take care of your child right if your high. If jenelle really wanted to take care of her son then she wouldnt allowed Barbara to not let her pick out his clothes ect..Id love to slap her for referring to babysitting her son! These are all Jenelles CHOICES not mistakes!! Therefore no blame should be put on her mother for her CHOICES.Yea i understand that we only see what mtv wants us to see but obviously what we are seeing is all jenelle and how she acts so hows that MTVs fault?
