Gabriel Aubry vs. Halle Berry: It's War!
Apparently, there's a reason why Gabriel Aubry recently panicked over his paternity.
The Canadian model filed a motion on December 30 to be officially, legally declared the father of Nahla, the two-year old daughter he shares with Halle Berry. Insiders tell Radar Online his concern over custody status is based on a series of explosive fights with his ex.
"Whenever Gabriel doesn't do exactly what Halle tells him to do, or if he does something she doesn't approve of or like, she goes crazy on him, screaming and shouting," the source says.
Referring to Berry as someone with a "nasty temper," this friend says things grew more heated than ever near the end of the year, as Aubry was spotted out in public with Kim Kardashian and others.
"Halle was absolutely furious and had a complete melt-down. She basically gave him an ultimatum: choose between dating other women and carrying on being on her good side... in the end he just got sick of being bossed around and told what to do by his ex-girlfriend."
For that reason, Aubry can't trust that he and Berry can peacefully work out a custody arrangement outside a courtroom.
The source makes it clear that Gabriel believes Halle is a good mother, and has no intention of fighting for full custody of Nahla. He just wants to ensure his rights as her father are protected, especially as Berry has allegedly gone to extreme lengths to discredit him.
"Gabriel told me that he believes Halle is having him tailed by a private investigator, and he's not just some paranoid dude with a wild imagination... if she thinks a PI is going to dig up anything salacious or scandalous I think she'll be sorely disappointed. Gabriel's one of the straightest, nicest, bordering on boring guys I know."

Looks like page 6 in New york has the whole gay "rumor" - allegedly an ex-girlfriend now says he needed gay porn toi get hard - really sad he has to hide it.

tmz.com made it sound like it was just a formality with neither of them wanting to go to court to discuss support, custody etc and were working things out.
Then the next day, Camp Aubry or a bunch of tabloidist clearly putting their own spin on things. Who ever this alleged friend of Gabe's is likely himself or his twink manager is very poorly written. Granted Halle has admitted her controlling nature, but I seriously doubt she was having him followed. Gabe it's called a papparazzi. It's one thing having the real nanny with him/them but followed, I doubt it.
Still don't think she could've cared less about his PR stunt with Kim Kardashian. All of sudden, he goes from someone who hates the pappis to famewhore?
Then the reference to Halle's association with Martinez is for business. Like he and Halle didn't have an arrangement? She helps him promote his failed restaurant and possibly invests in it, she helps him further his career more mainstream for him doing the deed or whack

Yes, it's true Halle had IVF and it wasn't totally because her eggs were fried. All of this hubub, either for legal purposes or to possibly bilk Halle out of more millions?

Halle Berry is another one of those people who never can find a guy and or keep him around. She has such bad luck with guys, and she's so beautiful---just shows that looks are not everything. Her and Jennifer Aniston both are similar.

@Kim please seriously doubt Shofar is Halle or someone from her staff etc. Neither am I. We don't know if he's gay/bi or staight. Known fact Halle had her eggs harvested and had in-vitro--she admitted this on The Tavis Smiley Show in 2007 right after announcing she was pregnant. They were seen in Jan 2009 at the same fertility clinic she conceived Nahla (after one of her F bomb episodes) at the LA Fertility Clinic in Glendale.

THIS IS SUCH HORSE SHIT. Halle is a terrrifc person in so many ways - this guy is a fucking nut. Why would he need to go with a public statement to defend his court activities of December. He doesnt care about his daughter - he cares about his tragic public personna. Bottom line he is trying to hide being gay and wants to make sure that people are distracted with his "good dad image". he a total failure and a sad person - obvioulsy why Halle booted him to begin with.
