Lohan to the Can? Probation Department Wants Lindsay Back in Jail

by at . Comments

After failing a pair of drug tests and violating probation, Lindsay Lohan may be locked up by Friday. Of course, the L.A. County Probation Dept. could go easy on her.

Don't bet on it. According to TMZ, the officials will recommend Judge Elden Fox throw the book at Lindsay for failing two drug tests during her hearing Friday a.m.

Lindsay tested positive for both cocaine and amphetamines. Insiders say the D.A. will not make a recommendation when Lindsay appears in court Friday a.m.

That means it's up to her probation officers alone, and judging from her past performances and these reports, we don't like her chances to skate free.

Under the law, Lindsay Lohan could get 30 days for each failed test ... for a total of 60! What do you think? Should she be locked up again?

I say that we quit wasting tax money and jail space on a coke head. Just let her overdose and call it a day. PS - She's a grown woman and grown ups have to figure their problems out themselves instead of constantly relying on someone else like a child does.

Jail won't help, she needs a long term rehab facility, with no passes to go outside the facility until she comes to grips with her addiction and problems causing it.

Please everyone!! This beautiful lady is pleading for help & no-one is giving it to her, in particular her parents. You can see her plea in her eyes if you look!! I once knew someone in this situation----parents come first, if that fails then the court system. I wish her well. She needs HELP quickly.

If she does have a problem, then I hope that she gets the help she needs. But I think this will happen the way it did last time: the judge will threaten x amount of days in jail, but she'll be out in a week or so.
