Jon Gosselin: Kate is a Shameless Self-Promoter
She may be gone from Dancing with the Stars, but Kate Gosselin isn't done dancing around legal crusades waged by her loser ex-husband Jon.
The royal douchebag will be pressing on with his "absentee mom" argument in custody court, in spite of the fact that Kate got booted Tuesday.
Why? Because if it's not DWTS, it'll be something else.
Jon's lawyer, Anthony List, says Dancing with the Stars "is the tip of the iceberg, as surely there will be many other projects to take its place."
The attorney notes that Kate has already signed on for two new shows, both on TLC, and scoffs that "She's always promoting something."
"Most of the time it's herself."
Kate got smoked on Dancing with the Stars. Will the reality mom soon be subject to a similar fate in court, thanks to new custody filings made by her douchebag ex?
Jon is asking the court for primary custody of their eight kids ... which is kind of a joke, as regardless of his complaints about Kate, what does he possibly have to offer them? Unemployment and nights out with mediocre girls?
But therein lies the rub. Jon also wants child support from Kate, who is hands down becoming the breadwinner in the dysfunctional family.
Whether he gets it is another story, as there are a whole host of reasons he should not, but Jonny seems determined to press on for now.

kate you are a great mom. jon sucks as a dead beat dad. he need to get a job and leave you alone. at least you work and support your children. at jon's rate he would put them on public support. i will keep you and your children in my prayers.

He's worse than she is. Maybe by a hair but worse. He's slamming her which is what he likes to do but at the same time, this is the mother of his children. If he loves his kids, he should respect them by keeping his thoughts to himself. These 2 so called adults are very much children themselves. They behave like spoiled little brats that lack the maturity that most of us possess. They should be ashamed of what they have done and are doing.

Lol, pretty much all he can offer those kids is a smoke or a joint. Realistically, he can have no expectation of winning primary custody over Kate. Like her or hate her, she's always been the only grown-up in that family.

Far be it for me to understand why an unemployed down and out recently divorced man with No job prospects and 8 children would want custody while living on his brother's couch.The children already live with their mother who is gainfully employed in numerous endeavors.With their mother they have assess to food,clothing, shelter,education,etc.It does Not seem that Romeo can offer them anything more than drinking water,and eatting ice.

Jon Gosselin tweeted that he has fired his attorney. How exactly does he plan on getting custody if he doesn't have any representation? I mean, any judge will be wondering why this man does not have an attorney with him.
And, Jon isn't bringing any money to the table. Kat is. She is working to provide for those kids and all he's doing is blowing what little money he has on girls and trips to Utah. He only recently purchased an apartment in PA. He should have gotten an apartment in PA right after the divorce instead of moving to NY. Why is he suddenly buying a place there? I mean, It's probably to impress the judge, because Jon was living on his brother's couch.
