Health Experts Slam The Megan Fox Diet

It's been well-documented that Kim Kardashian's weight loss method is unhealthy and not recommended by any professionals.

But the busty brunette isn't the only beautiful celebrity to take short cuts and set a bad example when it comes to dieting.

Megan Fox recently went on record with the key to her figure. It's an odd, disgusting one: the actress uses vinegar to flush out toxins from her system.

"It's just water and raw apple cider vinegar, and it just cleans out your system entirely. I'm not one for dieting or exercising 'cause I'm lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while."

Does anyone else find Fox's nude body a little less attractive, now that we know it's the result of frequent diaherra bouts?

As you might expect, health experts find Fox's system to be completely misguided. This is dietitian Lucy Jones' take:

"As attractive as it sounds, there is no magic pill, lotion or potion for a quick fix to weight loss. The body, including the liver, is a well-oiled detoxing machine, which will not be improved by vinegar, whether it be organic, apple cider, unfiltered, or your bog-standard malt vinegar."

lol vinegar, no matter what kind, is a highly processed man-made food that can never be found anywhere in nature...and who would want to drink a cup of vinegar? if i wanted to lose weight i would do the 3 day apple fast which is probably much healthier n effective


Ms. Fox will soon discover that ingesting vinegar like that will damage her intestinal flora, and possibly cause yeast overgrowths, aka candida. The best way to stay slender and in shape is by eating sensibly. We just get lazy and are in a rut. Since I discovered, "the carb diet" (that is the name of the website too). The secret, which isn't really a secret is to balance the carbs, fat and protein, which isn't really rocket science. I can easily eat an average of 150 to 200 carb grams a day, and stay within 1200 calories a day. I also get to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. It just takes know-how. One thing I discovered after decades of dieting is that gimmicks don't work. I hope that Ms. Alba learns that before she does herself irreperable damage.

Apple cider does not cause diarrhea, what is does is eliminate excess water weight within the body that we may be carrying around, women are more susceptible to water retention around the menstrual cycle, and high intake of salt can also cause retention. Before commenting, you should seriously consider checking things out. Talk about IGNORANCE !!!!
