Jon Gosselin: Silenced!
It's a Christmas miracle arriving two weeks early: Jon Gosselin has been temporarily barred from making public appearances by a Maryland court.
After TLC tore into him yesterday in the network's breach of contract lawsuit against the reality TV dad, a judge sided with TLC, at least for now.
The court ruled that the network's case against Jon was strong enough to put a preliminary injunction in place, forcing him to abide by TLC's rules.
That means no more interviews or appearances without TLC's permission. We don't suspect they'll be bending over backwards to grant it, either.
Everybody around the nation and world, throw your hands up and holla!
TLC has succeeded in making Jon Gosselin STFU. Legally!
TLC executive Edward Sabin testified against Jon on Thursday, saying the douchebag's recent actions - like hosting a pool party in Vegas, taking his girlfriend to France and talking to celeb gossip media outside of his home - were "embarrassing."
A rep for TLC said today that "The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly... we look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages."
In summation, it looks like Jon's f--ked. We're sure you're devastated.

Also, sorry to the kids for having such a bad dad. Jon & Kate Plus 8 used to be good when there wasn't any drama. (Yes, I know it's canceled now.)

barbee read your last sentence, if you have gotten over Kate, your hatred for her in your post shows you are a contradicting hypocrite. Go clean your house before cleaning hers. Jealous raging biddies who probably are old, grey, fat and miserable, that it makes you feel better to hate on Kate, when you yourself have failed your own children.

jeanne, your words are terrible. who are you to judge anyone with such hate in your words. It takes 2 to screw up a relationship. Both Jon and Kate are at fault for creating this train wreck.
The show shouldn't have gone on as long as it did. Kate is the famewhore while Jon was just acting like he'd been freed from jail! Granted he made some big mistakes but haven't we all. I don't wish anyone to "take themselves out". I'm glad they both have gone back under the rock from which they came. I hope that they work out what ever is best for their family and leave the public out of it. It's none of our business including Tiger's mess. I can only hope that TLC will not give Kate her own show this spring but did hear it is in the works. She has no talent other than being a famewhore. Whatever. I'm happy that we have had some rest from seeing this family everyday in the news.

Yes. Yes, Yes finally some one is making Jon take responsibility for his actions. I do not see where TLC did anything wrong but try to help out a family of eight kids, and give them an opportunity to raise them in away that they would never been able to do . They were paying them to spend quality time raising their children. Any parent with, only one child would die for the same opportunity? Everything in life costs money, the bigger the family, the more money needed.
Kate was smart enough to stick to her contract with TLC and I believe she and the kids loved the cameras, and why not, they have been there since the kids were tiny. Inspite of all the accusations of exploiting them , to them it was a way of life. A life that was obvious watching the show, they enjoyed.It wasnt until Jon decided by himself,to break away and get back his youth, making all the wrong decisions which cost his kids and wife their finacial future not to mention the nighmare of all the bad press for the en
