Jon Gosselin Plays Dad, Tries to Act Normal
Despite all the controversy surrounding him, Jon Gosselin tried to be a normal dad to his twin girls on last night's episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8.
It was an unusual situation for the man.
While Kate was off with the sextuplets on Bald Head Island, N.C., Jon was back home with the twin girls, Mady and Cara Gosselin, who we last week remarking on their father's douchebag tendencies. They are rather easy to spot.
Jon took the girls to a play park with go-carts, video games, a ropes course and other activities, but little Mady just wasn't in the mood for fun.
"Really, actually, I don't even know what I want to do," she said somberly.
Could the constant attention from the press and the conflict between Jon and Kate Gosselin - who got into an epic fight over Stephanie Santoro (Jon's babysitter and possible play thing) last week - be starting to get to Mady and Cara?
We can't say for sure right now. But if he continues to receive such publicity, and none of it good, it won't be long until we see TLC divorce Jon.
Here's a clip from last night's Jon and Kate Plus 8 ...

If these children have any type of emotional problems ect. in the future the parent alone are not to be blamed. It is one thing when there are problems at home that are private. But when the media like tlc and hollywood gossip start publicly putting out these moment as wrong they are,how are the children to deal with that. All to make a dollar and you people who feeding into this minipulative behaviour of the media and the parents are no better and are therefore GUILTY as well. This lack of Moral and compassion to the Children who always suffer in the end. Leave this thing alone.

Oh come on, Kate may have her controlling problems, but nobody can say that she isn't a good mom. On the other hand Jon has no personality, and he could of taken control or stood up to her along time ago. Jon has made one poor choice after another since and before the separation. Jon needs to get his act together, and grow up. He is only thinking of himself and not his children. If he had his own reality show it would bomb.

Jon isn't the only Gosselin parent trying to "act normal." Kate is pretending to be a warm, loving, attentive mother when she is anything but. Just look at the permanent scowl lines between her eyes--like some creepy Dr. Seuss drawing. Jon is finally rebelling over her years of put downs and control, but he's coming across as a spoiled adolescent. I can't count the times Jon and Kate have both said they do it all for the kids. Liars, both of them!
