Bristol Palin’s high school sweetheart and father of her unborn baby, Levi Johnston, may not be ready for fatherhood just yet.

Bristol Palin, 17, the daughter of Alaska Governor and Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, is five months pregnant. Just hours after this shocking revelation, the father of her child was revealed by the media.
While Levi Johnston (pictured below) admits he's "in a relationship" on his personal MySpace page, the teen hockey player made the candid statement that he does not exactly wanna be a parent, proclaiming, “I don’t want kids.”
Way to set the record straight, Levi!

John McCain, who is locked in a tight race with Barack Obama, shocked the country when he announced Sarah Palin as his running mate on Friday.
The 44-year-old, who is expected to be a grandmother by Christmas, will be the first woman nominated by the Republican Party on a national ticket.
Sarah Palin announced the pregnancy in a statement on Monday. She also used the occasion to reveal Bristol and Levi Johnston's marriage plans.
"Bristol and the young man she will marry are going to realize very quickly the difficulties of raising a child, which is why they will have the love and support of our entire family," the Palin family statement said.
It's been quite the week for the Palin family, with the nomination, then rumors that Bristol Palin was the real mother of Sarah's son Trig Palin, then Todd Palin's old DUI arrest, then the revelation that Levi Johnston knocked up Bristol.
All we can do is wonder: What's next?!

Nice reporting - that MySpace page hadn't been touched or updated in OVER a YEAR - he wrote that when he was 16 but that doesn't make as good of a story does it now..

Sure it does. He's still a no-good thug. It says so little for Sarah Palin that she'd rather have her daughter marry THIS loser than be a single mother or put the baby up for adoption.
