Having moved on from the many, many men in her past, Lindsay Lohan continues to stay tight-lipped on the status of her relationship with Samantha Ronson. But now, "sources" are speaking out on the secret, private life of the strange duo.
We say "sources" because this breaking news story comes to us from Star magazine, ever the bastion of celebrity gossip integrity. Anyway.
Everyone assumes they're an item - but the inner workings of the Lindsay Lohan-Samantha Ronson romance have been a mystery. Until now.
Well, according to Star, Samantha Ronson is taking on the role of "husband" in her odd domestic relationship with Lohan (to the surprise of no one).
They also like role-playing! Says the "insider" source: "Lindsay and Sam play certain roles. Lindsay is the passive one, the wife. It works for them!"
Another source tells the celebrity news magazine, "They're totally playing house and loving every minute of it. And yes, they share a bed."
According to Star, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are not so different from your standard couple, doing domestic, everyday things as shopping for sex toys together. They are also said to have a "pact" to stay thin.
This isn't the first time insiders have spoken out on Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson. Lohan's friend Cory Kennedy has said:
"Lindsay just feels safe with her. I think that they have a very loyal and trustworthy relationship, which is really hard to come across in the world that Lindsay's in. It's a trust thing. I think the most important thing in a relationship is, really, trust. That's what their relationship thrives on. I love the fact that Samantha and Lindsay are both really happy."
Mmm hmm. Wonder how really happy Samantha and Lindsay are about those so "close" to them continuing to speak out about their role-playing.

Considering the path that Lindsey appeared to be on... Samantha is a blessing. So lets alll be happy and hope one day we can all be content with our significant other..... gay or straight!
