Samantha Ronson has been officially charged with two misdemeanors after her DUI joyride the other morning en route home to L.A. from Las Vegas.

The San Bernardino County D.A. hit Samantha with two charges - driving under the influence, and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08.

If convicted, Sam faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, however, a first offendes (which Ronson is) will almost always get probation.

Sam Ronson just made our celebrity mug shots gallery in style.

Lindsay Lohan's former girlfriend was arrested for DUI Monday morning around 10:30, while driving back to L.A. from Las Vegas after a DJ gig.

She was pulled over for speeding, botched a field sobriety test and ended up arrested on the scene on suspicion of DUI. That's some hangover!

Ronson was released yesterday afternoon, but not before officials booked the DJ and took this gem of a photo, which has just been released ...

Mug shot? More like smug shot, are we right SamRo?!

Sam Ronson was arrested yesterday morning for DUI outside Baker, Calif.

She either had too many mimosas or one heck of a time the night before!

According to the booking sheet, obtained by TMZ, the 33-year-old DJ and former GF of Lindsay Lohan is listed as 5'7" and 102 pounds.

Police sources say Ronson was driving home from Las Vegas at 10:30 a.m. in her black Porsche when she was pulled over for speeding.

She was given a field sobriety test and didn't perform well.

Samantha Ronson then refused to take what is called a "roadside blow," a less scientific breathalyzer (non-mandatory) test and was arrested.

Ronson was transported to the Baker substation, where we're told she blew over the legal limit. She was cooperative the entire time.

Sam DJ'd the previous night at Lavo nightclub in the Palazzo in Las Vegas. No new additions to our gallery of celebrity mug shots ... yet.

Relax. What happened between former lovers Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson last night isn't necessarily what our headline leads you to believe.

Or maybe it is. Sam's Twitter really makes you wonder!

The part about Lohan lying next to her is equally baffling. Back track to six hours ago, Lindsay was seen driving her Porsche to Teddy’s nightclub at the hotel.

She then left as passenger in Ronson’s black BMW around 45 minutes later. Lohan says the two are just friends ... you buying that after the above Tweet?

Either way, at least her walk of shame was probably the shortest in history.

The horror-themed soiree went down Thursday, a birthday bash for a mutual pal (pictured). The theme involved bleeding out of the eyes, or something.

According to TMZ, Lindsay and Sam both stayed only for about an hour and neither drank. Good to hear, since she's done with clubbing and all ...

Back in each other's lives almost by accident (or so she claims), Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have made up and are back on good terms.

Navigating her way through life after rehab, Lindsay moved next door to Ronson in Venice, Calif., causing a brief period of tension between them.

But after they made up and Sam welcomed her to the area, the two neighbors broke bread at a nearby restaurant for "a friendly dinner." Cute.

THE OLD DAZE: Might these two have a future yet?

Typical of recidivist stalkers and their victims, "Lindsay has been begging Sam to see her and Sam finally gave in," says a People source.

Just kidding. About the stalking part. They really did hang out.

Seems like it went well too. Earlier today, they Tweeted about the Knicks vs. Lakers game last night, with a little friendly trash talk thrown in.

"I think the knicks are jet lagged. they're getting sleepy right now - someone wake em up!!!" Sam wrote to her after the Lakers beat the Knicks.

N.Y. native Lohan Tweeted back to Ronson: "They played well though :)." We'll call it love at 3,941st Tweet, ladies and gentlemen.

Looks like World War III has been called off, or at least put on hold.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson struck a truce over LiLo moving next door to Sam in Venice, Calif., which caused a minor uproar earlier this week.

Reports say Lohan, who just got out of rehab and "had no idea" she was moving in to the condo directly next door to her ex, apologized to Ronson for it.

Sam not only bought it, they left things on good terms. Go figure!

Lindsay, who just leased the place, is expected to move in any day now and, "Neither of them are mad at each other and everything has been cleared up."

We imagine she'll sing a different tune if she wakes up at 4 a.m. to the sound of Lindsay Lohan drunk and hooking up, but we're glad it's all good for now.

Two days out of rehab and Lindsay Lohan is already causing a stir. 

Not only might she still face jail time for her little scuffle at Betty Ford, the quiet L.A. beachside community of Venice where she moved is displeased.

Number one on its list of ticked off residents? Samantha Ronson. Lohan is living next door to her, after all. All by "coincidence," Lindsay claims.

THE OLD DAYS: Sam isn't smiling right now.

Ronson's distaste for hoards of photographers was a big reason she and Lohan broke up (for further evidence of why, see these Lindsay drunk photos).

Just the same, LiLo claims she had "no idea" her new beach house was right next door to her ex, and is willing to move in order to "keep the peace."

Lohan says she was aware Sam lived somewhere in Venice, Calif., but had no idea where until she saw her pull into the garage next door Tuesday.

Now Sam is "pissed" and she's far from the only one.

A recently-single, quasi-openly bisexual Christina Aguilera may have hooked up with Samantha Ronson during the late stages of her marriage to Jordan Bratman.

So states a source to Radar Online, as this individual claims Christina "turned to" Lindsay Lohan's famous ex for "emotional support" as her relationship with Bratman fell apart.

Could you blame Christina for turning to a hottie such as Samantha in times of need?

"They've known each other forever and they're good friends," said the insider. "Samantha was in Mexico with Christina for Nicole's [Richie] bachelorette party."

The website also has quoted sources that say Aguilera sent bodyguards to random women in clubs and asked if they wanted to go home with the singer. Such an open arrangement eventually created enough jealousy in Bratman that he wanted out of the marriage.
