Kid Cudi has poked the bear.

Or, to be more specific, Kid Cudi has shown disrespect to a man who considers himself the Michael Jordan of music.

He also considers himself to be an actual deity.

We’re speaking, of course, about Kanye West.

Cudi went on a Twitter rampage this week, which is something to which Kanye can certainly relate and would probably support under other circumstances.

Except that Kanye was at the center of Kid Cudi’s rant this time around.

And the rapper did NOT have very nice things to say about Mr. Yeezus.

The artist dared to call out Drake and Kanye for not writing their own material. He blasted them for relying on other writers and for not honing their craft themselves.

This legitimately might be the worst thing someone could say to Kanye West.

You can insult Kim Kardashian before you can insult Kanye’s music, let alone give other people credit for coming up with said music.

"Everyone thinks they’re soooo great. Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them," Kid Cudi Tweeted on September 14, adding:

"The fake ones wont be lasting too much longer… My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever. These niggas dont give a fuck about me. And they aint fuckin with me."

Oh, yes, he just called Kanye West "fake."

In response, Kanye went all Kanye during a concert in Tampa last night.

Among the highlights of his rant, which we’ve posted below?

I birthed you!

I got called names before you, bro

I wore skinny jeans first!

Respect the God!

It’s classic Kanye. It’s amazing. And mostly deserved this time.
