As previously reported, things have turned very ugly between Jenni Farley and Roger Mathews.
The Jersey Shore star had filed for divorce three months ago, but had then been seen on the town with Mathews a few weeks later and there had been Internet chatter about a reconciliation.
Early Friday morning, however, police were called to the home JWOWW still shares with Mathews… took Roger away in a cruiser… and a judge later granted Jenni a restraining order against her estranged husband.

Only Mathews Has Really Commented on What Transpired So Far
But, boy, did he comment! The father of two posted several videos on Instagram, lashing out at his estranged wife harder and harder each time.
This is What Mathews Says Went Down:
JWOWW had to go away for more work and the two got into an argument late Thursday night, December 13 about how much time she spends away from her kids. Roger said he took a bit of “umbrage,” but: “Jenni became completely, uncontrollably emotional like she always does and said she was calling the police.”
And Then He Just BLASTED Farley
Over and over and over again. For example: “This is the level my ex wife takes it to after telling my kids their dad is a piece of sh-t and she’s sorry she ever had children with him,” Mathews wrote on Instagram. “She gets so emotional and irrational in her anger this is the level she brings it too. Saddest day of my life watching her tell my daughter ‘she is sorry she had children with your daddy’. The truth will come out. The truth will set you free. I will never stop fighting for my kids.”
JWOWW is a Faker!
Mathews went on and on, blasting his estranged wife as a total selfish phony.

Mathews, and his follows, think Jenni is just about fame and fortune and nothing else.
Jenni is Using Our Kids as Pawns!
This is what Mathews alleged throughout his multi-video rant. “I’m always there for my children,” he said. “Always. And I’m not allowed to be there for my children anymore because somebody else is so hate filled that they would do that to the father of their children, to a great father to their children. It’s sad, man. It’s just sad.”
That Would Be Sad… If It Were True
Snooki has called BS on Roger’s claim that he isn’t being permitted to see his kids; or that Farley has been trash talking him to their two-year old and three-year old.
But She Hasn’t Simply Called BS
Snooki, who is the very best of friends with Farley, has also provided actual video evidence to bolster her pal’s side.

What Does Jenni Say in This Video?
“He should be allowed to see them … He’s not a bad dad,” she tells the cops, which basically contradicts all of Mathews’ allegations against her.
This is a Legal Matter
One officer then tells Farley she’s going to have to make that distinction to a judge when she goes in for a hearing in a few days. She’ll need to explain that she wants the order of protection to keep Roger away from HER, but not from their kids.

A girl who is four and a boy who is two. Farley made headlines earlier this month when she opened up about the younger one having been diagnosed with autism.

“My best friend has been going through A LOT these past few months and my heart breaks for her,” Snooki wrote to open her Instagram message on the topic. “She always tries to keep her situations off social media for the sake of the kids, but her voice needs to be heard too. She has tried everything in her power to keep things civil FOR THE KIDS and she’s a damn good mother. She doesn’t leave her kids for months at a time for work.”
She’s ALL About Her Kids
Continued Snooki: “She leaves filming to care for her children that you don’t see. Her character is being tarnished and I’m here to show what’s really going down. She wants nothing but for the kids to have their dad. Unfortunately she was being taunted and baited & this was the result. YOU’RE AN AMAZING MOTHER AND PERSON and all of us who truly know you know this.”
For God Sake, Do Not Just Believe Roger Mathews
“There is more to the story that’s being told. Stop attacking her . *She HAS BEEN asking the cops to tell the judge to allow Roger to see the kids,” writes Snooki. “Everything he has stated in those videos is false news. You shouldn’t taunt her and film her on your phone trying to get a rise out of her to use it for court.*
There’s Just So Much The Public Doesn’t Know, Snooki Explains:
“There is MANY layers to this. And more videos. Legally i cannot post those but will be used when necessary. You can all have your opinions but don’t attack her for being that person he claims she is. Everything will unfold in due time.”

This is how Snooki concluded her post: “For those who find it “funny†as to why the comments are off, it’s because you are attacking Jenni calling her a bad mother and liar. Leave the girl alone.”

Yes. She released this straightforward statement, which pointed to the important fact that she was granted the restraining order against Mathews.

Certain events transpired last night which lead [sic] Jenni to involve the authorities, as she felt it was in her best interests, and the best interests of her children to do so,†reads the statement. “Any statements and social media posts depicting anything to the contrary are entirely false, misleading and intentionally designed to cast Jenni in a negative light.”
It Concludes:
“While we have chosen not to comment further, we will note that a judge immediately ruled in Jenni’s favor and issued a temporary order of protection last night. Please respect Jenni’s decision for privacy in an effort to protect herself and her children during this time.”
